Christmas Shop Opening Questions:

Will I receive my order before Christmas?

Some of the items in my shop have already been made & ready to send out  immediately . If it says 'made to order' in the listing, please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to be made and sent out. So if you order before the 11th of November your item will get to you before Christmas.

The item I wanted is out of stock, can I order 1 to be made?

Depending on the item you would like, my creations can be made to order. For instance if it is a complicated sculpture to make like a reindeer or Troll that has a hand sewn dress I may not have time to make one before Christmas. So please drop me a message to check.

I live outside the UK, how can I order and not miss out at the shop opening event?

If you live outside the UK, please add the item you would like to your cart and check out using the collect in person option. You will then need to contact me ASAP with your address so I can gain a quote for shipping to your country. Shipping costs can be paid via Paypal once shipping has been agreed. This way you will not miss out on the creations you'd like to purchase. 

I added an item to my cart but when I went to checkout someone had purchased it before me & now they're all gone!  Can I order instead?

My Christmas creations are always highly anticipated by followers of my art. Which means that sometimes people can miss out on the items they wanted. It's very difficult for me to make it any fairer than 1st come 1st serve on my website Christmas Shop. However, I do appreciate how dissapointing it is if you miss out on that creation you really wanted. Therefore, message me and if I have time to make the item you wanted before Christmas I will be completley honest with you and let you know if I'm able to or not.

I saw an item I wanted last year that I missed out on, but you haven't made them this year, would you be able to make it for me?

Depending on what the item is, I may not have time to make one. It may not get to you in time for Christmas due to other comission commitments.

How much will my personalised sculpture cost?

The cost of your sculpture or cake topper will all depend on what exactly it is you want creating and the level of detailing you'd like. Size will also determine the final cost. If you have an idea in mind of what it is you need creating please feel free to drop me a message and we can work out costings for you asap. What are your sculptures & cake toppers made from?

All of my sculptures and cake toppers are hand sculpted in either Fimo or Super Sculpey Polymer clay. I use these particular brands of clay as I find them very durable and high quality.

How long will my sculpture/cake topper last?

My sculptures will last forever as long as they are stored and looked after correctly. I usually send out instructions on how to look after your sculpture/cake topper and how to keep it clean without causing breakages. 

Can I put my sculpture outside?

Although Polymer clay is robust I wouldn't advise putting your sculpture outside. Factors such as rain, sunlight and cold weather can effect the colour and cause breakage.

How big are they?

My Human characters can be anything between 5 - 6 inches tall. Children are obviously smaller depending on age. Sizes can vary from sculpture to sculpture as I don't use any moulds. Everything is hand sculpted.  My detailed pets sculptures are between 4 - 5 inches tall. I can make sculptures as large or as little as you like if you have a specific size you need. (E.g For a cake) But this must be specified before the sculpture is quoted for and made.

Can you add my pet's ashes?

I can now offer adding your beloved pets ashes to their sculpture to make it even more special and personalised.  This will be at a small extra cost of £10. You will need to provide me with a small amount of your pets ashes in a sealed bag or container to ensure no ashes are lost in transit.  I would highly recommend you post these out recorded delivery to ensure they are received safely. I will only require around a quarter of a teaspoon. Any ashes that aren't used in your sculpture will be posted back with your completed order. 

The ashes will be carefully poured into a special small glass bottle and added inside of their sculpture at the beginning of the sculpting process. If you would like to add this special service to your sculpture, please email me or message my on my Facebook page to arrange. 

How do I make a booking?

To book a personalised sculpture or cake topper you need to contact me to ensure I have availability to create the item you need in time for a particular date. Once I have confirmed that I have availability to create your sculpture I only require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Can I pay for my order in part payments before the item is made?

I've been asked this question by quite a few of my clients and I can accept payment plan type payments for an order. I fully understand and appreciate that it is easier for some customers to pay this way for some customised orders. How much is shipping?

Shipping for a small item will be £5.50 (1st class signed for) Larger items will be sent as a medium parcel and will be between £10 - £15 (1st class recorded deliver or special delivery) depending on value of item. All items are posted via Royal Mail within the UK and an alternative shipper for international customers. ** International shipping very much depends on the country you need it shipping to - So please contact me for international shipping cost**

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At the moment due to the pandemic shipping costs to countries outside of the UK have increased exponentially. Therefore if you would like to find out a shipping cost to your country please contact me and I will be able to find out how much it would cost to get a sculpture to you.  

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes I certainly do!  If you have a friend or loved one that likes any of the products in my shop or has a personalised sculpture in mind like a wedding topper or a pet to be created in clay then a gift voucher is the perfect gift for them!
